Warranty on Repair Work
Royal Carpet provides a 12-Month Workmanship Warranty on eligible repair and restoration services.
If any covered workmanship issue occurs within the warranty period, we will inspect the carpet and rectify the affected repair at no additional workmanship cost.

Terms & Conditions
- Every handmade carpet is unique; restoration results vary depending on age, fibre, weave, previous repairs and overall condition.
- Warranty applies only to workmanship and does not cover new accidental damage, misuse, water damage, pet damage, burns, moth/insect infestation, or normal wear and tear.
- Please inspect your carpet at the time of delivery and report any concerns within 7 days.
- Storage charges may apply for carpets not collected within 30 days after completion of service.
- Royal Carpet reserves the right to decline repairs where restoration is technically impractical or may compromise structural integrity.
