We deliver carpet by self within 24 hours once the payment is verified.
We deliver all around the world. You can track your shipment once we dispatch your order using a shipment agency. The shipment can be tracked using a unique tracking number provided by us to the shipment agency tracking website.
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. The estimated time of delivery is between 8-10 working days from the time of placing the order in India.
- For international delivery, it may take 15-20 days.
Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via email:-
1. An email confirming the order.
2. An email with tracking details and Invoice once the product is shipped.
You can cancel your order by calling us on +9101123251745 or email us at - contact@royalcarpet.in. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched.
Once the order is canceled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment.
India: Listed prices are final and all tax included
International: There are extra duties and local taxes applicable, depending on the customs laws of the respective countries. You have to pay for it at the time of delivery.
